We Ting, Colourz Jouvert, Nudes: Fantasy, Hennessy Artistry are only a few of the most anticipated fetes or parties happening in the two months before the New Year rings in. You would think that it was summer almost. Not to mention, its also coming right along with the Independence and Christmas seasons. It's a time full of spending, but we can't spend on them all. For those of us fetaholics that don't want to be broke by 2020, here are a few tips to get it done.
Plan ahead

There's a whole host of fetes that take place between that small space of time and you can't get to them all. So, plan ahead a month in advance, pick the fetes that are the most important for you to go to and those you could forgo and not feel like you're missing anything. Then, you can start budgeting for them from early.
Get those early bird tickets

Early bird tickets are always cheaper. They can be anywhere between $5 to $50 less than regular ones and door tickets. And those savings could be a lot when you're on a tight budget. So get to those box offices early and avoid the scalpers.
Cooler fetes are your friend

Got a cooler, ice, cups and some friends, that's all you need to save a quick dollar. Don't pay for those overpriced drinks at the bar that only have a splash of alcohol in them. Get your friends together and buy your own drinks. That way, you can share the cost and you can always reuse the cooler making it a worthy investment if you party a lot. We also ask that you drink responsibly.
Every year, fetes become even more exciting, let's make it undeniably amazing without having to break the bank while doing it.
